DELIVERY AREAS
Damask currently ships Australia-wide. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

DELIVERY TIMES & OPTIONS
Delivery timing varies by location. Estimated timelines (once shipped):
• Standard Shipping (Australia Post / courier): 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (optional for additional cost): 1–3 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your choices and delivery address.
We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a set spend threshold — details will be clearly shown at checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is lost, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist promptly.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products we supply we only provide returns in limited situations such as when there was a problem with the product at the time it was delivered to you. We need to be notified of this within 3 days of your purchase arriving, so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. A full refund will be made on faulty goods only.
